Current government guidelines
In line with current government guidelines, we can only accommodate groups of up to 6 people or 2 households at present.
Rules about Face Coverings
Level is following government rules about wearing face coverings in indoor hospitality venues. A face covering must be worn at all times unless you are consuming food and drinks whilst being seated. Food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed while walking around the venue. Please note, face coverings are not mandatory for under 11s or anyone with a medical exemption.
Bowling balls and lane sanitisation
Every day, before we open, all of our bowling balls and aspects of the lane will be thoroughly sanitised by our staff. In addition, all bowling lanes will be sanitised after every customer has completed their games, before a new customer goes onto the same lane.
Our hand sanitiser stations
When you enter Level, a sanitisation station will be available. Other sanitisation stations will be located across the venue and on each level. Hand wipes will also be available for your use on games such as pool cues, golf clubs, darts, laser and on any other games you request. Please don’t hesitate to ask a member of staff.
Protective Screens and Barriers
We have fitted protective screens and installed barriers between each bowling lane seating area to avoid players from other lanes entering your area.
Rules of Social Distancing measures
Level is continuously checking advice from the government and is following all social distancing guidelines. The current guidance is 2 metres (1 metre plus rule if appropriate measures are in place). If there are people within your group who are under the age of 18, it is the responsibility of adults to make sure they adhere to the social distancing rules.
Limited capacity in our venue
We are reducing the number of people normally accepted into our venue. This will allow us to create plenty of space and adhere to social distancing guidance.

All of our staff members will be wearing protective face coverings.
Extra sanitisation of high touch point areas
Please be rest assured that throughout the day, our staff will be thoroughly cleaning high touch point areas such as door handles, toilets, tables, chairs, touch screens etc…
Queuing system at Level
In order to ensure everyone is at a safe distance, we have placed floor signs and markings with the appropriate distancing.
Space between furniture in the Food and Drinks area
We have appropriately spaced out all of our furniture in the food and drinks areas so that social distancing measures can be followed.
